Wyrness
The former capital of the Alvarian empire, then elvish ghetto under the Magestrum, now the city of Elegast. However, unlike Oro, Wyrness is mostly empty except for Elegast’s palace, and a few hundred soldiers and guards. Wyrness is called the City of Angry Ghosts by Alvari who are not loyal to the crown.
