Winter Rattling
This is one of my favourites at work. I have a job that is very repetitive, but also requires attention to detail. I can't listen to music or podcasts when I work, so I make these Ambient Mixes to help block out the sounds around me.
Each one has a Zen Chime that is set to ring about every 10 minutes. When it goes off, I close my eyes and focus on my breathing for he duration of the bell, which is 5 rings.
I find it really helps keep me on task.
