The Frostwoods
The Frostwoods are a vast jungle growing under bone-chilling conditions. The many plants seem to produce a form of antifreeze that allows them to survive in such a frigid land, and the animals that live here absorb this from the plants they eat.
The trees are coated in ice crystals, and the dark blue lake is abounding in giant clear ice sheets that break and refreeze dozens of times per day, leaving the surface jagged and maze-like.
