Airport Ambience

You and Gavin had toured the town and gotten dinner. You finish your ice cream contently when Gavin looks down at his watch and exclaims “Oh bollocks! We gotta go if your gonna meet Geoffrey at the airport Y/N or Jacks gonna kill me.”

As you take the last bite of your ice cream Gavin throws down a wad of cash and flails around to rush out of the restaurant. You two run to his car get in and speed off towards the penthouse.

“So, Y/N wot is your favorite part of the city?” Gavin asks with a smirk while driving at high speeds.

Going through what all you had seen that day you respond.

“I liked the Pier and Vespucci Beach the best.” You respond as the Golden Boy almost takes out a light pole.

Gavin’s phone starts to ring, you look down at the screen on the dashboard to see
“Overlord” as the Caller ID.

“Oh shite that’s Jack. I’m a deadman.” Gavin says answering the phone.

“Hey motherfucker where are you and Y/N? I told you to be here in time for me to take them to pick up Geoff at the fucking airport. If you aren’t here in five I’m gabbing my cargo bob and swiping your car idiot.”

“I’ll be there in three Jack just don’t kill me.”

“I won’t kill you if Y/N is here in three."

“I’m right here Jack it- GAVIN LOOK OUT!” You point out the car oncoming and Gavin swerves to avoid it and keeps going.

“It’s fine, we’re right around the block now.” You respond to Jack as if nothing had happened.

Jack sighs and says “Fine, Gavin don’t kill our newest member stupid! And Y/N I’ll be in my Revolter. It’s blue.” and hangs up.

Gavin slows down coming to the outside of the crew’s building to see a furious Jack leaning against her car. You decided you're going to jump out before Gavin actually stops so you can get used to the crew’s on edge lifestyle. You unbuckle the seatbelt and have your hand on the door handle.

“I’m gonna jump out to impress Jack. Just keep it a little slower so I don’t have to roll.” Gavin gives a nod of approval and your ready for your exit.

“NOW Y/N!” Gavin yells. You open the door and launch out with your left foot from the car. You land on your right on the pavement and keep going at a slowing jog to land at Jack’s side. Jack looks at you in astonishment due to how smoothly your landing was.

“Wow. That was actually really impressive.” Jack says as she gets into her car and you run round to the passenger seat.

“By the way, I’m still gonna get Gavin for driving like a maniac. Knowing you and how much time you’ve spent with Jeremy I’m sure you have some suggestions.” Jack says as she clicks in her seatbelt and takes off.

“You did say you had a cargo bob. How about putting all his cars on top of Maze Bank? That would be funny.”

“Sure. I’m gonna need some help to distract Gavin though and someone to get into his garage and steal them.”

“I’ll distract him and lil’ J can take the cars out of his garage.”

“Sounds like a plan.” Jack finishes with a smirk on her face and a plan in mind.

You two get to the airport and are waiting outside for the Kingpin. You can’t help but feel a little anxious about meeting this man due to him being the boss and you being thrust into his life. Jack notices your worry and tells you to open the glove compartment of her car. You see three knives, a small pistol, ammo, a first aid kit, and a bag of candy.

“Take what you want from the candy bag. Just don’t let the boys know about my cache.” Jack says with a smile. You pick out a sucker and put it in your pocket of your jacket for later and put the bag back.

“Oh, Y/N. There’s Geoff, he’s the man with the mustache and tattoos in the suit.” Jack says getting out. You follow suit of Jack and get out of the car.

“Hey, Geoff! Hope your flight was okay. This is Y/N. The kid that Jeremy rescued from his mission.” Jack says gesturing to you. The tattooed man smiled down at you tiredly but nonetheless excited to meet you.

He looked tired from his trip, his suit was messed up with his jacket in hand and shirt unbuttoned at the collar and untucked. He had messy black hair that has now since greyed, with an accompanying handlebar mustache, giving a 1920’s gangster vibe fitting for his line of work. He only has one bag being a carry-on for all his things.

“Hey kid, I’m Geoff. I’m gonna make sure we take care of you and that you’ve got a family to come home to. I hope you’ve been alright the past few days with Jack and Jeremy settling you in. When we get home I’ll introduce you to the rest of the family alright? Welcome to the Fake AH Crew.” The man says smiling lovingly and ruffling your hair as he heads to the car.

Jack takes his bag and throws it in the trunk of the car and you slip into the back seat. Closing the trunk with a slam Jack makes her way to the driver’s seat and Geoff hops into the passenger. Hopeful for the future and your new mother and father figures that are sitting in front of you, you sit and listen to Geoff fill in Jack about his tri
