I love to visit Central Park when I go to New York every year. I sit on a bench and close my eyes and try to pick out all the individual sounds around me. The birdsong and the street traffic blend together with the occasional siren, making me remember I'm in the heart of an enormous city, despite the dappled sunshine and bird calls.
