Ambient Delta Wave
I made this template to use with noise cancelling headphones while I study. There is so much noise around me when I am trying to study that I cannot even hear myself think. I put this on, it drowns out the world, the throat singing brings me to my center, and I am able to study. Very relaxing and stimulating at the same time.
